Your completion of your billing information and or account set up you document will be e-mailed to you in PDF form.

In some states you will also receive a page addressed to your local County Recorder. This page is to be delivered to the records office with the rest of your documents, it will inform them of any reason that your transfer may be exempt from taxation. This page only needs to be sent if you are claiming an exemption. You will also receive a page that shows the questions and the answers you provided to those questions, to compete this form.
